After a successful birth in Germany in the 80s, I started acting in amateur theatre at the age of eight. I remained confined to supporting roles until I was ten. Everything changed when I was finally able to express my lust for life in my school play, playing thundergod Thor from the height of my 1m10. I was 17 when I received my first “salary” as a moviemaker: I won a first prize for my short film “Culex”. Since then, my life has oscillated between the joy of acting and the need to create.
At 18 I left school to run away with a German circus. After six months of touring, I decided to try my luck in Hong Kong, and I landed… in Paris.
I have lived there since. When I started in France, I worked as an acrobat and actor and made my film debut in 2003 in the film The Statement by Norman Jewison.
After a few appearances on television, in 2004, I participated in my first Franco-French feature film, La Maison de Nina, the last film by Richard Dembo.
I created a first comedy-musical show in 2006, a web series in 2007, and started writing a feature film in 2009. My screenplay L’Hôtel Parfait was supported by the French screenplay grant Bourse Beaumarchais-SACD.
At the beginning of 2012, I participated in Berlinale Talents. Later that year I founded the company mias.fr to support the creation of my projects. The same year the shortcom Sacha et Brouno was released, which was presented at the La Rochelle Web Festival, among others.
With Mias Media, we have to date produced award-winning short films selected in festivals around the world, as well as numerous music videos and digital ads. Between 2013 and 2017 I played with Irina Brook’s company on tour, and I participated in several creations at the Théâtre National de Nice. In 2015 I created and played in my first one-man show “Autre Chose”.
At the beginning of 2024, I joined forces with Benjamin Bonnet by becoming an associate producer at Mood Films. I don’t like Monday mornings.
